		<description>You&#039;re absolutely right - it can&#039;t be stressed enough that this is no time to pull back and an opportunity to get creative.  When the recession ends, the companies who maintained their recruiting efforts will benefit the most, an idea that I recently addressed here: A refreshing point of view at a time like this, for sure. I feel like it’s easy to pity yourself at this time, but really, we need to stay positive, determined…possibly even stubborn.
